Hello 3.5 readers.
If any of you are in Hurricane Matthew’s path, please be careful.
I only have 3.5 readers so I can’t afford to lose any.
Oh and also I love you all and am concerned for your safety and so on.

Hey 3.5 readers.
Every year, I feel a need to make a post though honestly, I never know what to say.
The only thing I’d say this year is since 15 years have passed, I think it is getting easier for people to forget and become complacent.
I don’t think this day should ever be made a holiday. It’s not a day to have a cookout and celebrate or anything. And I worry we might be headed that way when I see a mattress store commercial with towers of mattresses getting knocked over or a Wal-Mart stacking cases of Coke in the shape of towers.
Anyway, my 3.5 cents.
Hey 3.5 readers,
I feel like there’s nothing witty or funny I can say today.
(Like everyday pa rum pum pum.)
But seriously, I can’t believe it’s been fourteen years. It seems like it happened yesterday.
Perhaps I’m getting older than I’d like, but sometimes I worry people will forget what happened that day, or worse, not think it was a big deal since so much time has passed.
I don’t mean to make a political statement. Certainly a lot has happened since and we all have opinions as to what was right and wrong.
But I’m sure everyone old enough to have been watching the TV that day remembers, regardless of who you’re voting for.
I’ll be back to my nerdy self tomorrow.
