Hey 3.5 readers.
Your old pal, BQB here.
I did something the night before and last night that is truly amazing and easier to do than you might think.
I went to bed early.
That’s it. I didn’t paint the Sistine Chapel or reconstruct Michaelangelo’s David. I went to bed early and thus, I woke up early. Early to bed, early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise. I’m not those three yet but it feels like the old saying is right.
I hope this lasts because I just want to be done with all the early morning rush. The feeling of oh my God I’m so tired I must sleep until the exact minute where I must get up, and then it’s a mad rush around the house to get ready, pulling your pants on while you’re trying to do 50 things. Maybe you can toss half a bagel down your throat if you’re lucky and if you can’t find your keys, well that’s it, you’re boned.
Oh and I added to my repertoire that I always locate my keys before I go to bed.
It’s only been two days but let’s hope this lasts.
The key does seem to be going to bed early. You can set 500 alarm clocks but if you don’t feel like getting up, you won’t get up. However, if you’ve gotten a few extra hours of sleep, then your body will be like, “OK I’m done sleeping now” and it’s like nature’s alarm clock.
This is all my long winded way of saying I was left with enough time to post this morning, so hello to you, my neglected 3.5 readers.
Hopefully this will be the first of many Friday morning posts.
