No witty commentary today, other than to say I like this poem:
FIRE AND ICE
BY: Robert Frost
Some say the world will end in fire,
Some say in ice.
From what I’ve tasted of desire
I hold with those who favor fire.
But if it had to perish twice,
I think I know enough of hate
To say that for destruction ice
Is also great
And would suffice.
I love this poem so much I actually have it memorized haha
It is a good one. I have a few memorized too. What other ones have you memorized?
Well, just that one really (I like it a lot)…unless you count my own poems haha! What about you?
There’s an Emily Dickinson one I like and can recite, though I can’t recall the name of it at the moment.
I think I need to sit with Frost more than I have thus far. I often find myself thinking “this?” (Like Michael Bluth).
