Maybe both. I think mankind will survive, but it won’t necessarily be pretty.
I suspect there will be death and destruction as always. How much is impossible to say. But someone is learning to fiddle each and every day.
I worry about the future of comedy. People get so uptight about everything that SNL 2066 will basically be a series of why did the chicken cross the road jokes until the chicken rights lobby finally puts their foot down.

Probably a little bit of both depending on what part of the world you’re in. I figure that humanity is pretty resilient if it can make it through Black Death and the World Wars and still laugh and prosper again.
In 50 years, King Donald J. Trump III will take over his reign from his from his father Donald J. Trump Junior. We will all sacrifice our first born to honor him at his coronation and we will watch it on the only remaining video streaming network, Trump T.V.
I foresee President Robo-Trump.
Maybe his head in a jar like Futurama…it will have to be a big jar.
