My mom had a hen that got out of the pen every morning by climbing over the fence. Mom did everything she could think of to keep that old biddy in the pen including clipping her wing feathers so she couldn’t fly. She still got out the funny thing was that every evening she would come pecking at the back door for mom to let get back in. Mom named her Henrietta and had her for several years.
It is a scientific fact that chickens only have half of a brain. It is not their fault hey are stupid, &/ is just because of the low amount of brain cells they have.

Yes. Although I’m told they’ll chase a chalk line forever..that could be stupid or then again maybe other animals are too lazy to do it.

Chickens are stupid… and dinosaurs. Really. And thanks to genetic tinkering, the dino part appears likely to come back. Will that make them any smarter? I’m not sure I want to find out.
