I have to go with cheddar. Although, you can’t go wrong with a good piece of Swiss.

Hmmm…I believe context is key. For cheese to just munch on, Provolone. In a salad, Bleu Cheese. On spaghetti – Parmesan is king. On a burger – Swiss or good old white American. See my dilemma?
